Representative Greg Harris Endorses Dunne in 48
Former State Representative Greg Harris endorsed Joe Dunne for alderman in the 48th Ward.
Harris was elected to the Illinois General Assembly in 2006 and served until January, when he retired as Majority Leader of the House of Representatives. Harris served the 13th District which includes parts of Edgewater, Lake View, Lincoln Square, North Center, Uptown and West Ridge.
“I strongly endorse Joe Dunne for alderman of the 48th Ward. He has years of proven experience developing affordable housing, and is resolute in fighting high property taxes for his community, two key issues facing the ward. He will be an effective and collaborative leader for those he serves on the North Side and in City Council,” said Harris.
